The copyright of all tools in the TOOLS4CITIES suite belongs to the CERC Group, Next-Generation Cities Institute, Concordia University, as noted in the copyright headers which can be found throughout our source code. However, the licenses we grant to third parties for using our source code vary by tool. The table below outlines the licensing for each tool.

When developing our projects, we prioritize the use of open-source libraries and tools. For instance, CITYlayers uses Martin Tile Server for map tile streaming, which is distributed under the Apache 2.0 license.
